Wellsford
Voted New Zealand Squash Club of 2007, situated on State Highway One, two kilometres south of Wellsford and is recognized by the unique monument at the entrance.
The club has two courts with bar, kitchen and bathroom facilities shared with the golf club.
The club caters for all age groups and all abilities of squash with members ranging from J to B grade players.
Club nights run between March and October as follows-
Primary Juniors Monday From 3.30pm
Tuesday Morning From 10am
College Juniors Tuesday From 3.30pm
Mens Night Wednesday From 4pm
Ladies Night Thursday From 4pm
During the off season we run a fun business house competition and have mixed summer squash nights.
Players are welcome to participate in our Open tournaments held in April and August and our Junior Tournament held in May. We also enjoy events such as Inhouse Tournaments and One Dayers which create a great social atmosphere.
The Wellsford Squash Club is a very strong unit and has a culture of caring administration with great member support and participation.
